Refund rules for HappyHorse 1.5 purchases and credits

We want HappyHorse 1.5 customers to understand exactly how refunds work before buying credits or subscriptions. Because AI video generation consumes upstream provider resources, refunds depend on timing, usage, and payment status.
A refund request may be eligible when all of the following apply:
We normally cannot refund credits already consumed by completed or attempted generations, purchases older than 7 days, accounts suspended for abuse, or payments already under chargeback review.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
We may update this Refund Policy as the product, credit system, or payment providers change. The current version is published on this page.
