Refund Policy

Overview

We want HappyHorse 1.5 customers to understand exactly how refunds work before buying credits or subscriptions. Because AI video generation consumes upstream provider resources, refunds depend on timing, usage, and payment status.

Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be eligible when all of the following apply:

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Less than 50% of the purchased credits or subscription allocation has been used.
  • The order was not already refunded, disputed, charged back, or marked as fraudulent.
  • The request includes the order email, payment receipt, and a short reason.

Non-Refundable Cases

We normally cannot refund credits already consumed by completed or attempted generations, purchases older than 7 days, accounts suspended for abuse, or payments already under chargeback review.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected].
  2. Include your account email, order number or Stripe receipt, and refund reason.
  3. Our support team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
